Intake Inquiries
At Hero's Heart, our intake policy is open, but limited by capacity. We focus on stray, abandoned, neglected and forgotten animals as first priority, and owner surrenders as secondary. This is due to the typical medical or situational urgency of an animal's needs.

We decide intake on a case-by-case basis, with careful consideration given to each animal. Please submit an inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You may also send a message via our Facebook page. Thank you!
