Foster Caregiver
We believe that every animal deserves a safe, loving environment—even if it’s just for a little while. Fostering saves lives, and your home could be the perfect temporary space for an animal in need.
Why be a foster caregiver for HH?
-
Save lives: fostering creates a safe temporary space for animals in need of adoption
-
Make a difference: give an animal the chance to thrive and prepare for adoption into a loving home
-
Experience the Joy: enjoy the companionship of having a temporary pet without long-term commitment
-
Support Provided: all the supplies are providedl this includes food, bedding, and medical care
Who can be a foster caregiver?
Fostering is open to anyone over 18 years old who can provide a safe, attentive, and loving environment. Whether you’re a family, a single person, or a senior, you can help. You can choose to be a regular foster (foster until adoption) caregiver or a temp hold (1 week-3 months) foster caregiver. All foster caregivers are screened and must agree to a background check.
